Mountain View will re-open the swimming pool and gym on Monday, June 22nd at 6:00 a.m. in accordance with the Department of Environmental Health, County of Riverside COVID-19 recommendations.

Please Note: Covid-19 restrictions will need to be followed to ensure the gym and pool can remain open. Pool usage will be monitored.

Pool and Spa Rules:

Residents of the same household or a handicapped individual with caregiver ONLY. No outside guests are permitted.

The spa will remain closed.

Pool hours 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Residents who normally swim with partners who live within the community may continue to do so with a maximum occupancy of 6.

A maximum of 6 residents may use the pool at any one time and social distancing of 6 ft must be maintained.

Residents will need to register in advance for 1-hour blocks of time. A new sign-up board will be placed outside the parking lot pool gate weekly.

Residents are encouraged to shower prior to entering the pool.

Masks should be worn in all areas where social distancing may not be possible except in the pool.

For sanitation purposes, a limited number of chairs, lounges and one table will be available. Please DO NOT remove any additional furniture from the roped off storage area.

Restrooms will remain open.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at both pool entrances.

The clubhouse and BBQs will remain closed.

Gym Rules:

Residents of the same household or a handicapped individual with caregiver ONLY. No outside guests are permitted.

Gym hours – 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Residents will be required to sign a Liability Waiver in order to use the gym and have their fobs reinstated.

A maximum of 1 person (or two individuals in the same household) may use the gym at any one time.

Users will need to register in advance for 1-hour blocks of time per day. A sign-up board will be placed outside the gym door.

Gym users are encouraged to wear rubber/latex gloves while using the exercise equipment and once finished, wipe down all surfaces they have touched.

Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Resident users are encouraged to wash their hands with soap and water frequently.

Masks should be worn in all areas where social distancing may not be possible.
